We are using SAST and SCA methodology utilizing industry standard tools to prevent security vulnerabilities. As well we run regular penetration tests to ensure our application security.
Data Residency
PINOCCHAT infrastructure can be hosted in preferred region on AWS. Additionally our customers have ability to host platform on-premise, to keep all data under control.
Data Encryption
To ensure data protection all customer data is encrypted with AES-256 algorithm. All data in transit uses TLS v1.2+ encryption.
Audit Logging
Custom implementation of logging allows your to in-depth analysis of end-user interaction, including auditing of sources used for Generative AI as knowledge. Export logs to your systems for monitoring and alerting.
